Shelley Wales BDes, BFA, Creative Director
A native Vancouverite, Shelley received both her bachelor of design (honous) and fine arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and design. Prior to starting inEthos in 2000 she was involved in product design, advertising, and marketing both locally and in Nova Scotia. When she is not glued to the computer screen you can usually find her painting up a storm, building sand castles with her son, or scrambling up some obscure peak in the coastal range.

Neil Emms BDes, Studio Manager, Web Design
A fine Nova Scotian import, Neil moved to Vancouver in 1999 after receiving his bachelor of design (honours) from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. With a background in illustration, enviromental planning, telecomunications, and geology he brings an unusually diverse perspective to communication design. Neil joined inEthos in 2003. When Shelley does not have him chained to his desk he can be found working on his comic book Steeplechase, playing cars with their son, or racing her up one mountain or another.
